Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultancy with over 25 years of experience in the national and international technology market.We are currently partnering withGrupo Ageas Portugal,one of the leading insurance groups in Portugal, to reinforce internal Digital Marketing teams withDigital/Motion Designprofessionals.This is a direct hiring recruitment process.Responsibilities • Create motion and static design assets for websites (narrative content, informational blocks, experience‐support animations) and social media (organic and paid). • Develop narrative motion graphics to explain products, services, literacy topics, and campaigns. • Produce short, functional content (snippets, simple animations, KV adaptations). • Work with real video + motion graphics (basic editing and graphic overlays). • Use AI tools to optimize creative tasks and accelerate workflows. • Work in Figma with a high level of proficiency, ensuring organization and effective collaboration.Requirements • Mid‐level experience as a Digital/Motion Designer within a marketing environment. • Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. • Experience creating and adapting content for different digital channels. • Awareness of digital accessibility and usability best practices. • Ability to execute based on briefs and meet deadlines and processes. • Comfort working in corporate and matrix environments.If you think you are a good match and wish to respond to this opportunity, please send us your CV to the following e-mail addressor apply through LinkedIn.
