* Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of Postgre SQL for database management and optimization.
* AI Assistant Collaboration: Willingness and ability to work effectively with AI assistants, leveraging them for productivity gains.
* Communication & Training: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and train other users on new tools and workflows, especially concerning AI assistants.
