About Eventtia
Eventtia is an all-in-one event management SaaS used by global brands such as Nike, Cartier, Amazon, and many others.
We help organizations digitize event management and deliver high-impact event experiences across industries.
We are currently building a new self-service, product-led SaaS platform for event organizers.
Growth and acquisition are core priorities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Acquisition Manager to own and scale our lead generation engine.
Your mission is simple and demanding: drive a consistent flow of high-quality, high-intent leads to our SaaS platform through SEO, content, and paid acquisition.
You will work closely with the marketing team, executives, and content creators, and you'll have real ownership over acquisition strategy, execution, and results.
Mission & Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Own and lead SEO and link-building strategy:
Keyword research & prioritization
Content pillars & topic clusters
Internal linking & page authority
Technical SEO & on-page optimization
Meta data, backlinks, guest posting
Analyze SEO and content performance:
Identify opportunities for optimization and new content
Constantly look for and test new interesting acquisition channels
Content & Paid Acquisition
Coordinate and optimize content production with the content marketing team: Website & landing pages, Blog articles, Video demos, Case studies and testimonials
Coordinate content translation to French and Spanish
Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels: Google Ads, Youtube, Meta (Instagram / Facebook) Ads
Eventtia Voices: Help us gain visibility through your own professional social media accounts
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on acquisition KPIs: Traffic quality, Conversion rates, Cost per lead, Lead intent & performance
Continuously test, iterate, and improve funnels.
Monitor the sales activity for converted leads, optimize our CRM reports and workflows, implement, create, monitor and optimize our PLG (Product-Led Growth) workflows
AI & Innovation: Design and deploy AI assistants / agents to:
Increase productivity, Improve content creation, SEO, and analysis
Automate repetitive acquisition tasks
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Participate in the marketing board with executives and other marketing leaders
Stay on top of: Industry trends, Competitive landscape, Emerging acquisition tactics
Skills and Requirements
Experience
3+ years in a similar acquisition, growth, or demand generation role
Proven experience in SaaS digital marketing
Core Expertise: Strong mastery of:
SEO & technical SEO
Keyword research, backlinks, and domain authority
Website & landing page optimization
Paid ads management (Google & Meta)
Marketing analytics and reporting
Languages
Fluent English (required)
Spanish and/or French (optional)
Tools & Tech: Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Google Search Console
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword.com, or similar
WordPress or equivalent CMS
Hubspot or equivalent CRM
PLG: Mixpanel or equivalent, Customer.io or equivalent
Image editing tools: Canva.com and similar
Comfortable using modern AI tools: Gemini 3.0 and similar
Soft Skills
Autonomous and self-motivated
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Analytical and pragmatic
Strong communicator and coordinator
Comfortable working fully remotely
