Opportunity
We are looking for a
DORA Project Manager
for a hybrid project in Lisbon or Oporto.
Responsibilities
Ensure the DORA project rollout (technical implementation and communications).
Coordinate the actions between the different stakeholders.
Integrate all of stakeholders in the different steps of the project through committee and communication.
Communicate on the DORA project status to all through committee, SharePoint, emails; provide support for technical and business teams in their understanding of the DORA requirements and their implementation.
Report on the deployment of DORA requirements.
Be the point of contact for Business, technical teams, CISOs.
Coordination/Project management: Be responsible for planning the different steps/actions of the project and their rollout.
Set up indicators for monitoring DORA projects and coverage.
Monitor the implementation of requirements by entity.
Participate in the preparation of Steering Committees.
Technical Skills
At least 6 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
Knowledge of DORA regulations.
General knowledge of IT and IT security.
Knowledge of the technical and application architecture.
Ability to understand security requirements, IT systems and cybersecurity risks.
Language Skills
Fluency in English - Mandatory.
Fluency in French - Nice to have
Soft Skills
Proactivity and adaptability; ability to collaborate / teamwork.
Communication skills - oral & written; ability to synthesize / simplify.
Rigor, attention to detail and ability to act as critical thinker.
