About the role Reporting to the E-Invoicing Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of implementing, maintaining, and supporting our e-invoicing platforms and processes.
You'll play a crucial role in strategic reform projects related to French and Belgian tax regulations, ensuring our systems comply with evolving legal and operational requirements.
What you'll do Lead functional analysis and design for e-invoicing processes Monitor invoice reception flows and support suppliers in their transition to electronic invoicing Coordinate planning and interdependencies with IT teams during implementation phases Define and execute test scenarios, support UAT with business users Provide day-to-day functional support and user training Gather requirements from internal clients, ensuring legal and business needs are met with optimized solutions Key Projects French E-Invoicing Reform : Mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting for B2B and B2C flows Tax Reform : Gradual introduction of mandatory B2B e-invoicing and e-reporting Technical Skills Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or a related field Experience with dematerialization tools and SAP modules Solid understanding of Electronic Invoicing Reform frameworks and associated applications Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Language Skills Fluency in English (mandatory) Fluency in French (plus) Soft Skills Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment Agile, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving setting Excellent team collaboration, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility Strong communication skills (spoken and written) across multicultural teams Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and effective planning & organizational abilities Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines Why join us?
