What will your role be at SMART?
Compliance Project Manager, starting August 1st, 2025, for a temporary mission (until 31st December 2025).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support Compliance function projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery of all milestones
- Ensure the proper project structure, governance, and active management of stakeholders across different locations
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings, applying relevant techniques to deliver impactful results
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal management
- Support clients during implementation of project outcomes and monitor follow-ups
Main Tasks:
- Advise and manage regulatory projects within the Compliance function
- Engage with various business stakeholders and understand dependencies and impacts
- Ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and documentation
Technical Skills:
- Project Management – Expert
- Meeting facilitation, training, or seminar management – Expert
- Change management – Expert
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint – Expert
- Previous experience in Financial Services Regulatory projects – Practice
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English – Mandatory
- French – Nice to have
- Portuguese – Nice to have
