What You’ll Do
* Manage client portfolios by prospecting and actively seeking new clients. Ensure all client complaints and requests are addressed, promote contract renewals, and prepare and negotiate proposals on electronic platforms.
* Foster long-lasting client relationships by promoting communication solutions and positioning as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
* Develop account plans by assessing client needs, identifying business opportunities in communications, IoT, and ICT, and analyzing client values to offer tailored solutions.
* Manage business offers by elaborating and negotiating proposals, aligning stakeholders to create value-added propositions in the market.
Who You Are
* You have completed higher education.
* You have previous experience in similar commercial roles, preferably in selling technical solutions.
* You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
* You are customer-obsessed, results-driven, highly organized, proactive, and dynamic.
* You can work well under high stress and communicate effectively in Portuguese and English.
* You possess a driver’s license (mandatory).
