Role Overview
As a D2C Client Success Manager / Project Manager at TAS Digital, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their business goals. You’ll onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, analyse performance with the team, and lead weekly meetings. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, creatives are designed, project reports are maintained, and opportunities for upselling and increasing revenue are identified.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough onboarding for new e-commerce clients.
* Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to clients.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
* Analyze the creative strategy of the campaigns and clients.
* Facilitate weekly client meetings to review progress and discuss strategy.
* Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, creative, etc.) to ensure efficient campaign execution.
* Maintain accurate project reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Identify opportunities to expand client services and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
* Proactively anticipate client challenges and develop solutions.
* Work closely with media buyers, creative strategists, designers, video editors, other CSMs, etc.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Can work in PST timezone and also CET – mostly between 1PM – 9PM Central European Timezone.
Qualifications
* 2+ years experience in working with an agency handling different D2C clients.
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce & D2C marketing, including Meta Ads & TikTok Ads.
* Three or more years of experience or understanding of creative strategy, which is the process of creating and designing ads.
* Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of the industry.
* Passion for advertising and creative strategy.
* Previous advertising agency experience is required.
* Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce clients and leading teams.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactive and results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
