Requirements:
1. Experience in supporting human resources tools and Service NOW ticketing system.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Expertise in BAU (Business Application Unit) management.
2. Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System) tools, particularly CSOD LMS.
