Responsibilities1. Responsible for the establishment of a channel system in MOVA Portugal, including agents, secondary KA and OEM customers, etc.; 2. Responsible for the use of market funds, formulate product and price strategies; 3. According to the existing channel structure, optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory; maintain market order and ensure the profitability of partners; 4. Formulate sales strategies according to company requirements, formulate quarterly/annual goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems and management systems, rationally allocate company resources, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies; 5. Do a good job of regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts. Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree, graduated from marketing, sales management and other related majors, involved in home appliances, kitchen appliances are preferred; 2. More than five years of relevant local work experience, familiar with the Portuguese markets, and have relevant integrated marketing success stories; 3. Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, has strong market development and sales capabilities, and has worked deeply in the past; 4. Have good interpersonal resources and the ability to develop interpersonal resources, and have team leadership experience and project development experience; 5.Speak both English and Portuguese.
