Experis is currently recruiting an Operations Manager – Short and Mid-Term Rentalsto oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing property portfolio.
This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across property management, maintenance, and client relations, while supporting the efficient setup and ongoing management of rental units.
This position will play a key role in coordinating operational processes, managing suppliers, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards for both owners and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including administration, maintenance, cleaning, and renovations
Manage property onboarding, equipment setup, and ongoing monitoring of operational standards
Coordinate maintenance activities and perform hands-on handyman work when required
Ensure smooth end-to-end property management processes, including compliance with local regulations and coordination with relevant authorities
Act as the main point of contact for property owners, guests, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and operational services to support property operations
Profile
Proven experience in property management, condominium management, or hospitality operations
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously
Hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to solve operational issues efficiently
Experience coordinating suppliers, maintenance, and property-related services
Strong communication and organizational skills
