We're seeking an expert to spearhead our internal communication strategy. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our digital platforms to enhance employee engagement and drive business success.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating content across our corporate website and internal communication platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with our brand guidelines. You'll also manage our website CMS, integrate our internal recruitment platform, and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you'll create and manage our SharePoint-based intranet, leverage Microsoft tools to support our communication strategy, and partner with IT and external providers to improve or customize digital solutions.
This role requires a strong background in internal communication, digital content, or platform management, as well as experience working with CMS platforms, Microsoft tools, and SharePoint. You should be proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, and have knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
You'll work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, and a proactive mindset with a solution-driven approach is essential.
