The Global Digital Acceleration team within DGU is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Business Transformation Analyst – Digital & AI. What you will do: Originate and track high‐value digital and AI opportunities across business areas. Act as a connector between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment. Lead early‐stage discovery activities, including problem framing and value assessment. Track emerging trends and proactively identify new opportunities to accelerate digital adoption. Prepare clear, concise, and compelling executive presentations for leadership forums. Employment type:Full-Time Work site:Hybrid What are we looking for: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or other related fields. Between 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or business acceleration roles. Proven ability to identify and shape new initiatives in cross‐functional environments. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure insights for decision‐making. Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering executive‐level presentations. Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguous or fast‐changing contexts. Fluency in English.
