The Role: Business Analyst (French Speaker) Location: Lisbon Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office Sector: Financial Services ? Languages: English & French (C1) Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT and banking environments.
Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and stakeholder management.
SQL/ANSI SQL, data validation, JIRA/Confluence, Agile, technical & functional documentation.
Nice to have: Banking/finance knowledge.
Experience with Oracle/Oracle HCM, MS Dynamics 365, CRM/CLM, COBOL, ETL/Data Warehouse, SAP/Avaloq/Temenos.
Power BI, parametrization/configuration, COBOL-to-Java migration.
L2 support experience.
Responsibilities: Gather and document business/functional requirements and user stories.
Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
Execute functional/regression testing, data validation, and defect management.
Support banking applications, reporting processes, and Agile project delivery.
