The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Software, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. They should be proficient in manual testing, documentation, and requirement gathering.
High preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the banking, financial, and accounting sectors. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills are essential, as well as strategic thinking abilities that can connect business drivers to financial performance.
Mandatory experience includes API testing with Postman, along with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team, independently, and in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is also required.
