Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop hardware solutions for test and measurement platforms, leveraging your expertise in PCB design, prototyping, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing datasheets, evaluating lifecycle status, and proposing suitable alternatives or replacements.
* Assemble and rework SMD-based PCBs, perform manual soldering and reflow processes, and debug hardware prototypes with precision and attention to detail.
* Take ownership of technical documentation, including BOMs, PCB layout guidelines, calibration standards, and test procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the development process.
* Continuously monitor and improve hardware and system performance, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement teams to define testing requirements and integrate hardware/software solutions seamlessly.
* Provide expert support for software development, calibration systems, and real-time troubleshooting on the production floor.
* Elevate quality standards by ensuring adherence to internal and external standards, including EMC, RoHS, electrical safety, and measurement accuracy.
* Support DFT and DFM practices during hardware development, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain component libraries and version-controlled design files using tools like Altium Designer, ensuring streamlined workflows and reduced errors.

Your Profile:
* Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar field.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in similar projects and environments, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Technical Skills: Experience with measurement systems, instrumentation, or calibration processes is preferred. Proficiency in design tools such as Altium Designer, with familiarity with OrCAD X or KiCad being a plus.
* Language skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a plus.
