Join Our Team! We are hiring a Customer Insights Account Manager for FMCG Brands at Portugal’s #1 Grocery Retailer. Are you ready to lead the evolution of customer loyalty data in the retail industry? SymphonyAI is a global powerhouse in retail analytics solutions, seeking an exceptional Manager for CPG Insights & Engagement to join our team. Supporting our leading retail client in Portugal, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands and shape the future of shopper analytics.

As the Manager CPG engagement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in client support and relationship-building, including sales cycles. Your focus will be on supporting CPG manufacturers and Category Managers at Pingo Doce. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing client relationships, delivering on client account objectives, including contract renewal & upsell management, and coaching clients to best leverage SymphonyAI's products and services.


What Will You Be Doing?

* Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of CPG clients and related category teams at the retailer, fostering collaboration and the utilization of shopper data and analytical tools.
* Lead day-to-day client interactions, ensuring the successful delivery of agreed-upon services, including software training and customer support.
* Drive the effective utilization of our web-based tools, customized reports, and analytic support services.
* Assist CPGs in aligning their brand business plans with the retailer's customer and business strategies.
* Coach CPG teams on leveraging our solutions to address critical business questions.
* Support ongoing collaborative engagement between CPGs and the retailer on current and emerging business issues.
* Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with client colleagues at all organizational levels and across functions.
* Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize business processes, engaging leaders in developing these opportunities.
* Clearly and convincingly articulate product and program features and benefits along with value proposition to multiple levels within customer organizations to drive contract renewal and upsell
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to sales leadership, highlighting key wins, account status, upcoming contract renewals and CPG growth potential


What Will You Bring?

* Knowledge of category management within a retail or FMCG environment.
* Proven skills in effectively communicating complex topics to diverse audiences.
* Experience in training and supporting clients in the use of software-based solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in building professional client relationships.
* An innate ability to work efficiently towards deadlines.
* Strong consultative, communication, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A strong team player mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
