About the role
In this role, you will apply your expertise across a diverse set of customers, sectors, and complex challenges, working on both major transformations (typically 6-18 months) and smaller engagements. Daily responsibilities as a Senior Software Engineer include:
Offering technical insights to the team.
Contributing to architectural and technological decisions throughout project delivery.
Mentoring team members to foster growth and knowledge expansion.
Encouraging team empowerment and innovation in problem-solving.
Participating in code reviews to maintain quality.
Engaging in agile ceremonies.
Identifying, reviewing, and mitigating technical risks, issues, and impediments.
Providing technical feedback and reviews.
Addressing technology-related impediments to development.
Required Skills and Experience
The following skills/experience are necessary:
5+ years in a similar role, with expertise in .NET C#, Angular, and Azure.
Strong back-end development experience with .NET C#.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services.
Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to support and collaborate with diverse team members.
A proactive, challenger mindset seeking continuous improvement and innovation.
The following skills/qualifications are advantageous:
A passion for emerging technologies and new concepts.
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
