About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent German language skills. You will support customers of a well-known European bank by providing high-quality assistance in retail banking services.
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from German-speaking clients.
* Provide support with account-related questions and transactions.
* Assist customers with phone banking, T-PIN, and mobile app setup.
* Process customer requests accurately during the first contact.
* Ensure professional and timely problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Minimum C2 level of German language
* Minimum B2 level of English language for internal communication.
* Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles is preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
