Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our client's team. This role involves enhancing the competencies of employees by delivering training programs that align with our company's core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive training programs, including new employee orientation and ongoing professional development, to meet the evolving needs of staff.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver training solutions that exceed expectations, promoting a culture of quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Transfer knowledge of training and learning methodologies to build a culture of learning and development.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, displaying initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct training using new materials.
* Evaluate training effectiveness, document participant progress, and communicate findings to the relevant manager.
