Operational Excellence & Compliance Master the Flow:Monitor and process multi-channel invoice flows, ensuring timely payments that respect both internal directives and external regulations. Financial Integrity:Act as the \"guardian of the temple\" regarding compliance and internal controls, remaining alert to fraud and ensuring all procedures are strictly followed. Complex Problem Solving:Investigate payment issues, perform Vendor Statement Reconciliations (VSRs), and resolve litigation or high-level discrepancies. 2. Strategic Relationship Management Stakeholder Synergy:Build and sustain robust relationships with internal customers and global suppliers. Advisory Role:Act as a department liaison between Finance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to promote adherence to standard business rules and policies. 3. Continuous Improvement Innovate:Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize the daily P2P process. Global Projects:Actively participate in trans-functional and international projects, supporting the rollout of new digital tools and SAP enhancements.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a rigorous, analytical professional who thrives in high-volume, international environments.Experience:5 to 10 years of solid experience in Finance & Accounting (specifically AP). Languages:Advanced Englishis essential (ability to interact fluently with native speakers). Knowledge ofFrench, German, or Spanishis a strong advantage. Technical Savvy:Working knowledge ofSAPis highly desirable. You should have a proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy ( 98%+ ).
