Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultancy with over 25 years of experience in the national and international technology market.We are currently partnering withGrupo Ageas Portugal, one of the leading insurance groups in Portugal, to reinforce internal Digital Marketing teams withData Analyticsprofessionals.Direct Hiring Recruitment Process Responsibilities Data Construction and AnalysisDevelop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration and transformation;Extract, manipulate and analyze data using SAS and SQL;Create reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar) for monitoring and reporting;Quality Assurance and GovernanceEnsure data quality, integrity and consistency;Critically assess data reliability and implement control mechanisms;Document pipelines, data sources and business logic to ensure governance and continuity;Strategic Business SupportWork with Marketing and CRM teams in the insurance business to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions;Create SQL audiences for campaigns and commercial initiatives;Integrate data with Salesforce for segmentation and personalization;Enablement and CollaborationSupport internal analytics literacy initiatives, promoting autonomous use of dashboards and insights;Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency;Requirements Experience and Background3–5 years of experience in similar roles;Experience in the insurance or financial sector (valued);Technical SkillsProven experience in data integration and analysis;Advanced proficiency in SAS;Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling;Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud (valued);Experience in creating and interpreting dashboards (Power BI, Qlik or similar);If you think you are a good match and wish to respond to this opportunity, send us your CV to the following e-mail addressrafael.neves.externo@ageas.ptor apply through LinkedIn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
