Sales & Account Manager Role
About the Job:
Meraki Branding is seeking a skilled Sales & Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through discovery calls and helping them understand their needs.
This role involves managing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to operational clarity and process improvements. You will work closely with our delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain clear communication throughout each engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sales calls and diagnose which services fit best with client goals.
* Confidently communicate value, pricing, timelines, and next steps.
* Draft proposals for web design, branding, SEO, content, and paid ads services.
* Nurture long-term relationships with founders across industries.
* Maintain accurate CRM activity, including leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and expansions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in sales and account management (agency experience or own company).
* Confident in selling creative service products and ongoing digital services.
* Experience in web design, branding, and digital marketing required.
* Natural communicator with warm, clear, honest, and emotionally intelligent skills.
* Calm under pressure, proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused.
* Fluent English speaker, able to work European time zone.
