The focus of this role is to bring new services to market and enhance existing ones, adding value for both the business and end customers. This includes delivering new subscription models, additional services, and continuous process improvements. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions based on business requirements. You will also actively contribute to an internal Salesforce development community to drive shared best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features according to business needs. Implement subscription and service-related functionalities in Salesforce and customer-facing platforms. Contribute to end‐to‐end solution design, including integrations with external systems (with and without middleware). Utilize CloudSense for product management, order management, and commercial catalogue implementations. Design, build, and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flows. Apply practical AI capabilities (e.g., Vibes or similar tools) within the development lifecycle. Contribute to CI/CD automation using Copado. Participate actively in the internal Salesforce development community to build and maintain shared best practices. Support Agile ways of working (Scrum), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ceremonies.Technical SkillsSolid hands‐on experience in:Lightning development (LWC), Apex, Flow development Deep knowledge ofSalesforce Service CloudandSales Cloud.
