Customer Support Specialist
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your clear communication and problem-solving mindset will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every user.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
* Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems
* Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-driven attitude
* Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, always keeping the customer's needs in focus
* Build trust and rapport through thoughtful, clear communication

Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C2 level)
* Fluent in English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0-1 year of experience in customer support
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
