Work as a Private Credit Operations Consultant and provide best-in-class services for General Partners and Asset Managers investing in private assets, direct loans, and syndicated loans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage documentation: Validate credit agreements, trade documents, etc., to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee transactions: Coordinate settlements, repayments, restructures, etc., according to procedures for reliability and efficiency.
* Create reports: Prepare financial data for decision-making purposes by performing cash reconciliations with supporting analysis.
