* Strong background in batch processing and operational supervision.
* Hands‐on experience with TWS / Control‐M.
* Experience in real‐time monitoring and production incident handling.Responsibilities:- Ensure operational stability and availability of z/OS production environments
* Monitor and control batch jobs using TWS / Control‐M and real‐time monitoring tools.
* Manage incidents such as abends, SLA breaches, dependency failures, and perform recovery actions.
* Administer and intervene on system resources: disk space, JES queues, catalogs, GDGs, and datasets.
* Act as technical integrator, coordinating with Project Managers / Scrum Ops during solution delivery.
* Ensure alignment with Dev Ops best practices (automation, security, observability).
