About the Role
This role requires strong financial skills, strategic insight, and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will lead the strategic management of a diverse real estate portfolio, optimize asset performance, and drive value creation.
* 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Portfolio, or Asset Management
* Strong academic background in Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
* Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and valuations
* Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
* Proven track record in managing complex asset portfolios
The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute asset strategies to maximize value and improve returns
* Monitor asset performance by analyzing KPIs and market trends
* Lead financial analyses, including advanced modeling and scenario planning
