About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our operational teams and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet client deadlines.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing functional support to the teams, working closely with management to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls
* Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
* Maintain Client Solution workbooks and update Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation
* Responsible for System Maintenance Testing and resolving Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team
* Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs
* Manage legislation roadmaps and upskill the team in upcoming changes and processes
* Support Year End activities and maintain STRADA Security Standards
* Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching
* Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to Operations Manager
* Stay up-to-date with STRADA HR announcements and communications
* Build good relationships with lines of businesses where appropriate
