The Role
We need a
- on FOH leader who can:
* Orchestrate a 350-cover day with flawless flow, from
- shift brief to last taco served.
* Mentor a 6-person floor team - training, coaching and instilling hospitality that feels like hanging outside your favourite taco truck.
* Own guest recovery, online feedback and KPI performance (speed, NPS, covers per labour hour).
* Partner with the BOH and FOH teams to keep service and vibe perfectly in sync.
