What you'll do → Manage paid campaigns (Meta & Google) → Drive acquisition, retention, and conversion → Track app metrics and performance → Test campaigns, channels, and automations → Support B2B growth → Work on funnels, CRM, and customer journeys → Identify growth and improvement opportunities Who we're looking for → 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, or growth → Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and analysing results → Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment → Autonomous, organised, and hands-on → Genuine interest in digital product and user behaviour → Adaptable and eager to keep learning We're looking for someone technically strong, with initiative, curiosity, and a desire to grow with us.
