- Design, manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Take responsibility for the leading a project, in communication with the other team members
- Coordinate projects with other tasks, if needed
- Client, contractor, consultant and suppliers communication
- Lead on all client presentations
- Lead on the production and completion of documentation for all design stagesQualifications
- A minimum of ***** years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a daily basis
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Spoken and written fluency in English/Portuguese, other languages are a plus
- AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly Ai Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), and 3D modelling (Sketchup).
Knowledge in BIM (Revit) is a plus
