Job Title: Fraud Analyst-Social Media
We are seeking a skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team, where you will play a critical role in protecting users and merchants from fraudulent activity in the e-commerce and online platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and review suspicious activity across social media and e-commerce platforms.
* Investigate potential fraud cases and escalate according to internal procedures.
* Assist users and merchants with transaction-related issues.
* Evaluate compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud detection and prevention processes.
What Were Looking For:
* Fluency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
* Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
* Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Comfortable following workflows and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
* Previous experience in fraud analysis or chargeback investigations is required, preferably in the tech industry.
* Applicants must hold one of the following: EU citizenship, valid Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa (evaluated case-by-case), or Temporary Protection Certificate.
Working Conditions:
* Rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00.
* Future shifts may include 09:00 to 01:00 on a rotational basis.
* Two rotating days off per week.
