This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas – not limited to IT-only profiles. Key Responsibilities Support and prepare internal and external audits Ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 17025 Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation Act as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholders Support teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes Promote a proactive compliance approach, anticipating risks and audit requirements Requirements Around 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO-related roles Proven hands-on experience with: ISO 9001 – mandatory ISO 27001 – mandatory ISO 17025 Experience using Confluence for documentation management Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Comfortable working with documentation, policies and written procedures Fluent Portuguese Advanced/Fluent English (company language and documentation) Profile Structured and methodical Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams Autonomous, responsible and proactive Interested in regulated environments and continuous improvement Key Skills ISO 9001 | ISO 27001 | ISO 17025 | Audits | Compliance | Governance | Confluence | Documentation
