Key Responsibilities
This role involves developing and managing shipping trades to earn customers' loyalty, optimizing vessels' loading capacity, and promoting the organization's image and values.
* Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up customers to develop and monitor the customer's portfolio
* Develop sales strategies to promote Group products and services, advising customers on specific transport modalities (Reefer, Out of Gauge…)
* Receive and qualify customers' requests in priority, processing their requests efficiently
* Plan and conduct commercial visits according to the commercial action plan, producing visit reports
* Ensure timely payment follow-up on customers' portfolios and contribute to recover unpaid debt
* Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within the designated commercial area
* Contribute to establishing the Commercial actions plan, ensuring the right customer segmentation is selected in the area
* Forward quotation requests from customers to Inside Sales as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial data in the information system
