We are now looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator to provide effective user support to our growing distribution team. Part of the role is also business oriented, participating in fund data administration tasks in Salesforce and change initiatives related to our products.
About This Opportunity
Welcome to the CRM Operations team, part of the Business Development and Support unit in Nordea Asset Management Institutional and Wholesale Distribution. We add value by supporting our 200+ internal Salesforce users, ensuring that they have continuous access to the information and data they need to effectively distribute our funds. As a Salesforce Administrator you'll play a valuable role providing efficient support to the users, whilst ensuring that fund data management tasks are executed effectively and efficiently in Salesforce. You will also take part in change initiatives and projects of varying scope, contributing to the design and customization of our Salesforce instance.
What You'll Be Doing
Salesforce, Tableau and Marketing Cloud End user support
Answer to requests (both technical and business process related)
Produce reports and dashboards for key stakeholders and management
Deliver training sessions (new joiners, ongoing, ad hoc) both remotely and face-to-face
Salesforce, Tableau and Marketing Cloud administration
System administration
User/Permission management and controls
Manage fields, objects, rules, workflows and other configurations
Change Set management
Monitoring of existing external system integrations and assisting in building new integrations
Process improvements and analysis
Monitor, analyse and quality control processes and data
Identify opportunities for improvement
Change initiatives
Collection and documentation of requirements
Solution design (in collaboration with developers)
Testing, implementation, documentation and training
Fund data deliveries
Fund data input, maintenance and quality control in Salesforce
Oversee regular delivery of static fund data to data vendors and other external parties
Liaise with data vendors on static fund data delivery related changes and issues
Maintaining high quality process documentation for Salesforce related tasks

Have a strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and best practices including:
Good knowledge of Reports and Analytics
Good knowledge of Declarative Salesforce Methodology; Workflow, Process Builder, Flows etc.

You have a good understanding of IT main principles and are willing to improve your technical skills
Your experience and background
You must hold a valid and current Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification. Other certifications, especially Marketing Cloud Administrator, are a plus.
Your background includes Salesforce Administrator experience in the financial sector, with exposure to asset management. Exceptions from this requirement can be considered for candidates with a very strong Salesforce background and a pronounced interest to learn about Asset Management.
Previous experience working with any of Marketing Cloud, Tableau and/or Data 360 is a plus.
Knowledge of Python and/or C++ is a plus.
Previous experience working with (static) fund data is a plus.
Master's degree in IT, economics, finance or similar.
Excellent command of Microsoft office applications (especially Outlook, Excel and Visio).
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
