Skills Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, recruitment, or talent management;
Strong track record in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates (especially in IT roles);
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to ensure win-win agreements;
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously;
Experience managing relationships with clients and supporting account growth;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach;
Fluent in English and Portuguese (French is a strong plus);
