If you want to do your best work alongside people who care as much as you do, you'll feel at home here.About The Role As a Brand & Growth Designer at Fluxon, you'll help shape and evolve our visual presence across a wide range of touchpoints, from brand and marketing materials to sales assets, internal communications, and event collaterals. You'll work closely with the Branding team, Growth team, and Senior Brand Designer to support both day to day design needs and larger brand initiatives.This role is well suited for a versatile designer who enjoys working across different types of visual work, from brand applications and presentation design to marketing assets and motion. You're comfortable executing defined tasks independently while collaborating closely with others, receiving feedback, and growing within a strong design culture and growth designer role. You'll be expected to actively contribute from day one, while continuing to refine your craft and expand your impact across Fluxon's brand, marketing, and growth efforts.While Specific Responsibilities May Vary, You WillDesign and deliver brand aligned materials across marketing, sales, and internal touchpointsCreate and maintain case studies, proposals, pitch decks, and other client facing materialsDesign visual assets for marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, events, and digital contentSupport the creation of sales and growth materials that clearly communicate Fluxon's capabilities and workContribute to brand evolution by creating new visual assets, templates, and design explorationsProduce lightweight motion, animation, or dynamic visuals when helpful for storytelling or marketing materialsApply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpointsCollaborate with designers, growth team members, and other stakeholders to deliver clear and effective visual communicationPrepare and hand off files for digital use, publishing, or productionStay up to date with branding, marketing design, and visual communication trends, bringing ideas to the teamQualifications4+ years of hands on experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolioProven experience working on real world design projects across multiple formats (presentations, marketing assets, case studies, social media, motion and digital)Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual compositionConfidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) in a professional environment.
