Position: Engineer | Aircraft Systems - ECS System (m/f/d)
This role is part of the Aeronautics team and involves:
1. Developing systems engineering documentation (e.g., management plans, reports).
2. Integrating systems, interfaces, and baseline control, including managing parameters and technical databases (requirements, performance statistics, solutions) with configuration and change control.
3. Analyzing, decomposing, and deriving requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve specifications.
4. Supporting systems security and aircraft certification activities.
5. Managing technical aspects and project governance (metrics, reporting, risk, and opportunity management).
6. Designing systems solutions using techniques like MBSE and trade-off analyses.
Qualifications:
1. M.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
2. Proven experience in aircraft system engineering activities, including requirement management, interface definition, system architecture, MBSE, verification, validation, and configuration management.
3. Hands-on experience with requirement management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS) and MBSE tools (e.g., CAMEO, CAPELLA, Enterprise Architect).
4. Knowledge of UML/SysML modeling, proficiency in Python, and experience with Matlab/Simulink or similar system modeling software.
5. Skilled in defining mechanical and electrical interfaces.
6. Fluency in Portuguese and/or English.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-reliance.
