Job Description
As an Order to Cash (OTC) Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with client organizations while performing based on defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This role involves processing billing tasks efficiently, handling sales, credit card, chargeback, and refunds processing with precision, as well as cash application and account reconciliation.
You will also need to pass joint ventures in the client system effectively, resolve day-to-day queries and escalate issues timely, close months efficiently and accurately, meet SLA targets consistently, and prepare dashboard reports to track performance.
Additionally, you will handle client calls and escalations professionally, measure and track KPIs, and prepare business and process review decks. You will also implement quality initiatives to enhance processes and collect debts through calls and emails.
