What You'll Do Install, configure, and maintain ViGIE monitoring systems, ensuring proper performance and compliance with specifications. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits, guaranteeing system reliability. Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless service experience. Assist with warehouse operations, including RMAs and hardware readiness. Contribute to proactive monitoring and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Document field interventions, configurations, and customer feedback accurately. Represent ViGIE with professionalism and uphold our standards of customer care. Travel frequently to customer sites nationally and internationally as required. What You Bring 2+ years experience with installation and maintenance of hardware. Technical background in electronics, IT or related field. Proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to work on-site. Strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills. Valid driving license and availability for frequent national and international travel. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Podio, Confluence. Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting. Previous experience in healthcare or working with ISO/regulatory environments.
