Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field.
* Experience: Significant experience in IT service delivery and project management, ideally within a similar organisational environment.
* Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality IT services and projects, proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
