HR Administration Specialist (Contrato de Substituição)

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administration Specialist, on a substitution contract, for the new Calzedonia Portugal headquarters in Lisbon.
Your Mission:
As HR Administration Specialist, you will support the HR Management, particularly in administrative human resources management. Your main responsibilities will include managing and controlling administrative tasks related to approximately 250 employees, mainly concerning:
* Hiring and termination of employees;
* Drafting employment contracts;
* Payroll processing (Meta4);
* Attendance control via Zucchetti platform;
* Management of the Employee Central (SAP - SuccessFactors).

If You Have:
* A degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or Accounting and Finance;
* At least two years of experience in similar roles;
* General knowledge of labor laws;
* Languages: preferably English or Italian;
* Good computer skills (Word, Excel);
* Knowledge of Meta4 (payroll, time analysis, and management);
* Knowledge of SAP – SuccessFactors – People Management Module.
