* Design and implement standardized controlling processes: budgeting, forecasting, cost center reporting, variance analysis, etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure global alignment of controlling practices across business units and geographies.
2. Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy through digital tools.
3. Strengthen internal controls to ensure financial governance and audit readiness.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders: Group Finance, FP&A, IT, and regional finance teams.
5. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing existing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing best-in-class practices.
