The role of a Corporate Actions Specialist involves managing corporate actions and income events, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
Main Activities:
* Process corporate actions and income setups, instructions, and payments according to bank standards and procedures.
* Apply the four-eyes checking principle when necessary.
* Provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders regarding corporate actions and income events.
* Manage queries and service requests using dedicated tools for activity analysis.
* Keep procedures updated considering market, service, and product changes and risks.
* Enhance market knowledge through various information sources.
Profile and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
* Relevant banking and financial operations experience.
* Fluent in English (C1-C2).
* Teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and rigor.
* Client-focused approach.
* Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and Word.
