, which jointly assumes several management functions for the brand. Crunchequation provides active support in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, casino operations, affiliates, technical support, design, and other operational fronts, directly contributing to the brand's growth and competitive positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and expand the affiliate network, ensuring strong, collaborative relationships with external partners.
* Negotiate terms, commissions, and growth plans with affiliates and strategic partners.
* Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversion, FTDs, ROI) and optimize campaigns based on defined KPIs.
* Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, platforms, influencers, and emerging acquisition channels.
* Ensure all affiliate marketing actions comply with SRIJ guidelines, including responsible advertising practices.
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for the Marketing team and Management.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, CRM, Paid Media, Product) to align acquisition strategies.
* Track iGaming market trends to uncover new areas of expansion.
* Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and affiliate materials.
* Support growth initiatives focused on acquisition, reactivation, and conversion rate improvement.

Requisitos

* Previous experience in Affiliate Management, Growth Marketing, or similar roles (preferably in the iGaming sector).
* Solid understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and acquisition metrics.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and reporting tools.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
* High sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of SRIJ marketing and advertising regulations (valued).
* Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
