Join our dynamic and rapidly growing global team as an HR Data & Analytics Senior Manager This role involves developing and managing a global reporting strategy and KPIs dictionary that are available in both global and local reports for all HR teams within the JM Group. You will ensure best data practices, including data quality, privacy, and governance, and implement data exploration tools for HR teams. Additionally, you will actively contribute to implementing a new analytical approach for the entire JM Group.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the development and implementation of the corporate HR reporting strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities.
- Lead all reporting projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Promote and execute change management in all companies to foster an analytical mindset and a global approach to using and reporting insights.
- Oversee the analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business outcomes, using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

- Over 8 years of experience in reporting functions.
- Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data programming languages.
- Professional experience in SQL Server, Teradata, and SAP Business Objects.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and others).
- Knowledge of HR data sources such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or others.
- Consultancy experience.
- Experience in machine learning, predictive models, and other analytical models.
