Your Team
The IT & Digital Transformation Team is a young and ambitious team located at our headquarters in Sintra. We are responsible for maintaining and improving the systems that keep our company running, ensuring our employees are happy and as efficient as possible at their jobs. We do that by keeping our infrastructure and software tools at the state of the art and by regularly delivering digital transformation projects to our teams and to our products.
Your Role
You'll be the 4^th member of the IT & Digital Transformation Team and be responsible for delighting our internal users by solving their challenges with your skills, technology, and documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact with users and troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve their technical issues
- Implement new systems and improve configurations, of our infrastructure and tooling
- Drive conversations with stakeholders and manage high-impact projects with our IT outsourcing partners
- Oversee the creation and updating of comprehensive technical documentation, setting the standard for quality and utility across the team
- Develop and promote best practices, automations, and processes to optimize the team's activities and enhance overall efficiency
About You
- Minimum 2 years in an IT role, such as IT operations, helpdesk, or system administrator
- Proven technical capabilities and interest in learning new skills
- Autonomous, with a problem-solving mindset, and able to prioritize tasks and multitasking
- Familiar with server infrastructure, virtualization, and networking
- Fluent in Portuguese, Intermediate fluency in English
- We'll consider a plus if you've done one or more of these regularly in the past:
- Cisco/HPE/Fortinet switch and AP configuration
- Firewall configuration and maintenance (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint or Fortinet)
- Endpoint management via RMM (e.g. PDQ, Action1, Intune)
- Endpoint security via EDR (e.g. Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Defender)
- Bash scripting, Ansible, Docker
- VMware/Proxmox configuration and maintenance
