We would like to meet a Senior Java Developer for a project based in Portugal.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain cloud-native web applications using Java (Spring and/or JEE)
* Design, build, and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Docker)
* Create scalable and secure cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services
* Collaborate with international Agile/Scrum teams to estimate, plan, and deliver software features
* Support automation processes, integration testing, and continuous deployment pipelines
* Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
* Analyze incidents and problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes
* Participate in requirements gathering and business process improvement initiatives
* Implement functional and non-functional enhancements to existing platforms
* Document software architecture and ensure maintainability and scalability of solutions
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* More than 5 years of experience in Java development (Spring and/or JEE)
* Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS (e.G., Aurora, Lambda)
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitLab
* Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
