As a Strategic IT Business Services Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to driving the private cloud adoption for three prominent clients.
* Business Operations: Oversee commercial aspects of customer delivery models, including financial management and alignment with customers.
* Reporting: Provide reports and input for forecasting and planning, validating data in systems.
* Data Management: Validate planned data against actual data, manage changes, and support infrastructure development.
* Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and global teams to manage delivery effectively.
* Process Understanding: Diagnose misalignments to find potential solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Controlling.
* 5+ years of professional experience, ideally with some exposure to enterprise cloud services.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with customers and within delivery teams.
* Adaptability: Capacity to manage changes and drive planning for infrastructure development.
* Technical Skills: MS Excel, SAP Tools, Problem-Solving.
